At Spiritual Flute Retreat we're creating a spiritual container in nature to inspire a healing journey for flutists, enabling each of you to share your music more openly.
​
Participate in two days of meditations and exercises that help lead you to a flow state as a performer and help you improve your connection to your audience, to the music and yourself.
Saturday Schedule Sample

Morning warm-up, yoga, stretch
Breakfast

9-11 Spiritual Flute Class
11-11:20 break
11:20-12:30 Playing one on on to see changes in playing and performance
​
12:30-2:30 lunch/relax/practice
​
2:30-3:30 Feldenkrais, movement with TBA
3:30-5:30 Being On Stage Acting For Musicians with Keith
​
5:30-6:30 Dinner
​
6:30 - Sharing what's been learned
7:30 - concert - and flute choir reading all together
The retreat is open to flutists ages 18-up.
Student, professional and adult amateur's are all welcome.
